Creating a Campaign

Step 1: Select Recipients

Choose who receives your campaign:

  • All Contacts - Everyone in your contact list
  • Segment - A filtered group of contacts
  • Manual Selection - Pick specific contacts
  • CSV Import - Upload a list

Step 2: Compose Message

For WhatsApp campaigns:

  • Select an approved template
  • Fill in template variables
  • Preview the message

For Email campaigns:

  • Write your subject line
  • Compose the email body
  • Add attachments (optional)

Step 3: Schedule

Choose when to send:

  • Send Now - Immediately
  • Schedule - Pick a date and time

Step 4: Review & Send

Review your campaign:

  • Recipient count
  • Message preview
  • Estimated delivery time

Rate Limits

WhatsApp Business API has sending limits:

  • Tier 1: 1,000 messages/24h
  • Tier 2: 10,000 messages/24h
  • Tier 3: 100,000 messages/24h

Your tier increases based on quality and volume.
