Account Setup

1. Sign Up

Visit app.veya.cloud and create your account:

1. Enter your email address
2. Create a password
3. Verify your email

2. Organization Setup

After signing in:

1. Create a new organization
2. Choose your organization name
3. Set your timezone

3. Team Members

Invite your team:

1. Go to Settings > Team
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter email addresses
4. Assign roles (Admin or Member)

Channel Setup

WhatsApp Business API

Requirements:

• Meta Business account
• Verified business
• WhatsApp Business phone number

Setup steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp
2. Click Connect WhatsApp Business
3. Log in to your Meta Business account
4. Complete the verification process
5. Select your WhatsApp Business phone number

Email (IMAP/SMTP)

Requirements:

• Email account with IMAP/SMTP access
• App-specific password (recommended)

Setup steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Channels > Email
2. Click Add Email Account
3. Enter server details:
   • IMAP Host and Port
   • SMTP Host and Port
   • Username and Password
4. Test the connection

Security

Two-Factor Authentication

We recommend enabling 2FA:

1. Go to Settings > Security
2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app

API Keys

Generate API keys for integrations:

1. Go to Settings > API Keys
2. Click Generate New Key
3. Store your key securely (it won't be shown again)
