Quickstart

Get up and running with Veya in minutes

Prerequisites

Before you begin, you'll need:

  • A Veya account (sign up here)
  • A WhatsApp Business account (for WhatsApp integration)
  • An email account (for email integration)

Step 1: Create an Organization

After signing up, create your first organization:

  1. Click Create Organization in the dashboard
  2. Enter your organization name
  3. Invite team members (optional)

Step 2: Connect a Channel

WhatsApp Business API

  1. Go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp
  2. Click Connect WhatsApp
  3. Follow the Meta Business verification process
  4. Select your WhatsApp Business phone number

Email

  1. Go to Settings > Channels > Email
  2. Click Add Email Account
  3. Enter your IMAP/SMTP credentials
  4. Test the connection

Step 3: Start Messaging

Once your channel is connected:

  1. Go to Inbox
  2. Click New Conversation
  3. Select a contact or enter a phone number/email
  4. Start chatting!

Step 4: Create Your First Workflow

Automate responses with workflows:

  1. Go to Workflows > Create Workflow
  2. Add a Message Received trigger
  3. Add a Send Message action
  4. Set up your auto-reply
  5. Publish the workflow
