Quickstart
Get up and running with Veya in minutes
Prerequisites
Before you begin, you'll need:
- A Veya account (sign up here)
- A WhatsApp Business account (for WhatsApp integration)
- An email account (for email integration)
Step 1: Create an Organization
After signing up, create your first organization:
- Click Create Organization in the dashboard
- Enter your organization name
- Invite team members (optional)
Step 2: Connect a Channel
WhatsApp Business API
- Go to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp
- Click Connect WhatsApp
- Follow the Meta Business verification process
- Select your WhatsApp Business phone number
- Go to Settings > Channels > Email
- Click Add Email Account
- Enter your IMAP/SMTP credentials
- Test the connection
Step 3: Start Messaging
Once your channel is connected:
- Go to Inbox
- Click New Conversation
- Select a contact or enter a phone number/email
- Start chatting!
Step 4: Create Your First Workflow
Automate responses with workflows:
- Go to Workflows > Create Workflow
- Add a Message Received trigger
- Add a Send Message action
- Set up your auto-reply
- Publish the workflow
