Conversation List

The left sidebar shows all conversations:

  • Unread - New messages requiring attention
  • Assigned to me - Conversations assigned to you
  • All - View all conversations
  • Search - Find conversations by contact name or content

Conversation View

Select a conversation to see:

  • Full message history
  • Contact details
  • Internal notes
  • Message status (sent, delivered, read)

Quick Actions

  • Assign - Assign to a team member
  • Add Note - Add internal notes
  • Template - Send a template message
  • Close - Mark conversation as resolved

Message Types

Text Messages

Send and receive text messages with support for:

  • Emoji
  • Links (with previews)
  • Mentions

Media Messages

  • Images - View and send images
  • Documents - Share PDFs, Word docs, etc.
  • Audio - Voice messages
  • Video - Video messages

Interactive Messages

For WhatsApp:

  • Buttons - Quick reply buttons
